Inner Light Recovery holds the vision that an individual’s challenge is an opportunity for growth, healing and new ways of being. One person’s quest for managing stress supports the health and healing of the entire family system and community, as well as, the global well-being of all life and the planet. Individuals are fully capable of finding their sense of purpose and fulfillment through accessing their own Inner Light.

Integrative Coaching is an interactive process during which the coach uses masterful questions to allow the client to identify and illuminate the path they wish to follow to live their healthiest life. Maggie views the clients as capable individuals who intuitively have the answers. The coach uses deep listening, powerful reflections and masterful questions to help clients explore and uncover the changes they wish to make. The clients then narrow their focus and identify action steps that are realistic and achievable. Coaching supports a positive and low stress approach to change.
Reasons people seek coaching support: Healing/Recovery from Illness, Stress Management/Improving Health, Life Transitions, Support in Making Changes/Finding Direction in Professional and/or Personal Life.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length. The initial visit is 90 minutes. It is requested that you commit to three sessions to start. Cost is $180 per 60 minutes*. After the third session the client may request more sessions for continued support. Many clients combine a coaching session with a Reiki session. More on Reiki and its benefits below.
*Pricing is set with the intention to make coaching affordable to most individuals. If you have questions or need adjustments with pricing, please contact Maggie. “Sliding Scale is offered.”
Reiki is a type of energy healing which means “Universal Life Force” in Japanese. Reiki is used around the world in integrative health care and can assist in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. Maggie is a Usui Shiki Ryoho Master and Teacher. Reiki practitioners strive to live their lives in accord with the Reiki Principles. During a Reiki session, the client is fully clothed on a massage table and the Reiki practitioner places their hands on and sometimes over the client’s body to help with balance, restoration and relaxation.
