Find Your Path

Find Your Path

Integrative Coaching is an interactive process during which the coach uses masterful questions to allow the client to identify and illuminate the path they wish to follow to live their healthiest life. Maggie views the clients as capable individuals who intuitively have the answers. The coach uses deep listening, powerful reflections and masterful questions to help clients explore and uncover the changes they wish to make. The clients then narrow their focus and identify action steps that are realistic and achievable. Coaching supports a positive and low stress approach to change. As a nurse coach, Maggie will ask if clients wish her to “put her nursing cap on” so they can explore physical health care needs within the scope and practice of nurse coaching. Maggie is licensed in Pennsylvania. For clients out of state, Maggie offers mentorship and education. Out of state clients will be referred to a nurse coach who practices in their state if nurse coaching is requested.

Disclaimer: Inner Light Recovery is a coaching practice and is not a replacement or substitute for medical or psychological care. The client is requested to let all health care providers know that they are engaged in coaching/mentorship. The client is expected to be forthcoming with pertinent health care concerns. The client is fully responsible for their health care decisions.
